The Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Consortium - The Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Consortium was formed in March 2002 at the request of the State Interagency Council for Services to Children with an Emotional Disability (SIAC). The Consortium serves as an expert advisory body on meeting the needs of the children and youth with ASD and their families in Kentucky.
